Step 1: Complete the registration form before Reid Sound provides a quote
for the event.

Step 2: Reid Sound will contract with either the venue or the end client for Audio/Visual event services.

Step 3: Reid Sound will send a check to the registrant.

Registrants must read and agree to the Terms and Conditions before registering an event.

Only one registration is permitted per end client, per date (or set of dates), per venue. If multiple registrations are received, Reid Sound reserves the right to choose, at its discretion, which registration is valid.

Persons registering an event must be employees or owners of the venue for which they are registering.

Registration is valid for legal citizens of the U.S.

5% cash-back reward is valid on contracted equipment and labor amounts only and does not apply to delivery costs, miscellaneous charges and per diems, sales tax, or any non-event service (equipment purchase, etc.).

A registration is only valid if received by Reid Sound before a quote or estimate is provided.

Registrations must be filled out completely to be considered valid. Reid Sound reserves the right to refuse any registration form for any reason.

Rewards payments will be made via business check and mailed to the address provided when the registration is submitted. Payments will be made after final payment is received from the contracting client for an event. If an event is cancelled, no rewards payment will be made.

Nothing in this agreement implies any partnership between Reid Sound and the registrant, venue, or end client.

Reid Sound agrees that it will not sell or otherwise distribute the information provided by registrant to any third-party for any purposes. Reid Sound may, at its discretion, use the information provided for future marketing purposes.

Reid Sound reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules, procedures, conditions, benefits, or rewards pertaining to this agreement, at its sole discretion, by posting the revised terms and conditions on our site. This means that Reid Sound may make changes that affect, but are not limited to, rules for earning cash back rewards, rules and procedures for the use of the program, continued availability of rewards, and the features of special offers. Reid Sound may also modify the privacy policy at anytime without prior written notice.

Registrant agrees to indemnify and hold Reid Sound and its officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third part due to or arising in any way out of: (i) registrant's participation in the rewards program, (ii) any violation of this agreement by the registrant, (iii) the violation, infringement or misappropriation by the registrant, or another representative of the venue or end-client, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity, or (iv) any claim related to performance of services related to the event that has been registered.

Any tax liability, including applicable state and federal disclosures, connected with the receipt or use of a reward is the responsibility of the reward recipient. When rewards totals are issued in a calendar year in excess of $600, Reid Sound will be required to issue a 1099-MISC.

The terms and conditions of this agreement in no way alter or affect the terms and conditions of the individual event contract between Reid Sound and the contracting client.
